How booking, payment, and cancellations work.
Effective July 24, 2026. These terms apply to rohovibeswellness.com and to every session booked with ROHO Vibes.
ROHO Vibes is the Reiki and energy healing practice of Rosilyn Hart in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. By using this website or booking a session, you are agreeing to what is written here. It is short, it is in plain language, and none of it should be a surprise.
Reiki, chakra therapy, and related energy healing sessions, offered in person by appointment. Sessions are non-invasive. You remain fully clothed. Nothing is forced, and you may pause or stop a session at any point for any reason.
This is not medical care. Energy healing supports wellbeing and relaxation. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment, a cure, or a substitute for medical or mental health care, and Rosilyn Hart is not acting as a physician, nurse, therapist, or licensed medical practitioner.
Please do not stop, change, or delay any medication or treatment your doctor has prescribed because of a session here. If you are managing a medical or psychological condition, keep working with your provider. Energy healing sits alongside that care, never in place of it.
Sessions are by appointment only and are booked through this website or directly with Rosilyn. When you book, you are asked for your name, email, and phone number so your appointment can be confirmed and reminders sent. Please book only for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to book on their behalf.
Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian to arrange and consent to the session.
Current session prices are listed on the Services page. Prices may change, and the price shown when you book is the price you pay for that booking. Payment is accepted by card, PayPal, Venmo, and cash.
If you choose cash, payment is due before your session begins. Please bring the full amount for the session you booked. Sessions cannot start until payment has been received.
Cash bookings carry a $20 cancellation fee. If you cancel a cash booking with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up for it, a $20 fee applies and is payable before your next session can be booked.
The reason is simple. A booked appointment is time held only for you, and a late cancellation is time that cannot be offered to anyone else. Card, PayPal, and Venmo bookings are paid at the time of booking, so this fee applies to cash bookings only.
If Rosilyn ever has to cancel or move your appointment, you will be offered the first available time that suits you, or a full refund of anything you have paid, whichever you prefer.
Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times so that the person after you is not kept waiting. If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time, and the full price still applies.
Multi-session packages are paid up front and the sessions are scheduled with Rosilyn afterward. Packages are for the person who bought them and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Individual sessions within a package follow the same cancellation terms above.
Because sessions are time reserved for you, completed sessions are not refundable. If something has gone wrong, tell Rosilyn. She would far rather hear about it and make it right than have you leave unhappy and say nothing.
Rosilyn may decline or end a session where continuing would not be safe, appropriate, or respectful. Where a session is ended for that reason, payment for that session is not refunded.
The words, images, and design on this site belong to ROHO Vibes and may not be copied or reused without permission. The site is provided as it is. Every effort is made to keep the information current and the site available, but no guarantee is made that it will always be accurate, uninterrupted, or error free.
Booking and payment run through outside services, including Pocket Desk and PayPal, each with its own terms. Their handling of your information is covered in the Privacy Policy.
You take part in sessions of your own free will and take responsibility for your own health decisions. To the fullest extent the law allows, ROHO Vibes and Rosilyn Hart are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or the sessions, and any liability is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date. The terms in force when you book are the ones that apply to that booking.
